MINT JULEP

Ingredients

2.5 oz Bourbon Whiskey

.5 oz Simple Syrup

6-8 Mint leaves

Instructions

In a rocks glass, or julep cup, combine the mint and simple syrup and gently muddle the mint. Add in the bourbon, top with crushed ice, and lightly stir to combine. Top with more crushed ice, and garnish with a bushel of mint.
